terms of service

we kindly ask everyone to read our TOS before filling a quote or commissioning us.

payments and plans

  • We accept payment plans, but we require you to pay 30% off the total cost of your item to hold a slot. This payment will also be used for the material costs. This is a non-refundable payment.

  • We will start working on your item once half the cost has been paid.

  • No refund will be made once we start working on your commission. (This means if we did not start your order, you are eligible for a refund.).

  • You must pay for your item(s) within 4 months. (This can vary depending on the price we gave you and how long the project could take us to complete.).

  • The shipping price is not included.

  • We accept PayPal and bank transfers as payments.

deadline and completion dates

  • A non-complex fursuit with no extras, once started, should take us:

    Head: 2 weeks

    Handpaws: 2-3days

    Tails: 2-3 days

    Feetpaws: 4-5 days

    bodysuits: 2-3 weeks

    wings: 3-4 days

  • We will not work with deadlines, but if you are attending a convention, let us know, and if possible, we’ll do our best to complete it in time!

  • We usually work from 9:00 to 17:00 (EST) 4-5 days a week. We kindly ask you to contact us during those hours. If you do not have the same timezone, contact us at any moment, and we’ll answer you once we are available.

design change

  • We will not make any big changes to your suit once it is completed; we can make minor changes.

  • If your character has a very complex design, be aware that they might not look EXACTLY the same.

  • Once an update is sent and approved by you, you cannot ask for changes, if the changes are still required by you, we will charge extra fees.

privacy statement

  • We have the right to review your social media to make sure you are not violating our terms.

  • If you commission us, your private information, such as your address and name will not be stored or sold to third parties in any way. Your information will only be used to complete and ship your fursuit.

communication

  • Please communicate with us via Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, or email. (If we do not answer you on one of those app, try a different one. We sometimes have issues with notifications)

  • Once you have communicated with us, stay on the same app you chose to contact us. It will help us a lot to keep track of our conversation.

  • Do not ask for WIPs or updates every day. We will update you once we are working on your order.

material

  • We only work with high-quality material; we will in no way work with low-quality material.

  • We do not accept material from the customer. We will buy it ourselves (if it’s something specific, extra fees might occur).

  • As you may know, fur colors are limited; we will do our best to match your reference sheet colors.

quotes

  • You will need to fill out a quote form provided by us.

  • We will announce on Instagram ,Twitter and Telegram once our quotes are open.

  • It may take a week or two to complete it.

  • Your quote will be valid for 6 months. After that, you will need an updated one.

  • Please refrain from only being curious; fill out a quote only if you really are interested in commissioning us.

shipping policies

  • Once your item is shipped, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur.

  • All packages will come with a tracking number.

  • Please be aware that you may have to pay for customs fees once your order arrives.

  • Shipping costs are never included in a quote.

  • We will not refund a shipment.

  • Your order will be sent once the product is fully paid and finished.

  • You must pay for shipping costs before we send it to you.

sizing

  • We are not responsible if you make any mistakes when giving us measurements. We recommend taking them twice just to be cautious.

  • If a bodysuit is being commissioned, we will need a duct tape dummy from you. If not done right, extra fees will be added.

  • If you are not sure of your measurement, we are here to help you. Reach out to us.

age

  • We do not work with minors. if you are a minor commissioning us, we require a legal tuthor/parent to discuss with us.

  • If you are under 18 years old, we will ask your parent or legal guardian to fill out a form that we will provide.

  • An ID will be requested.

Agreements

  • You will need to read and agree to our TOS before filling out a quote or commissioning us.

  • If you are under the age of 18, your legal guardian will need to agree to those terms.

  • If you break our terms of service, your order might be cancelled, and you might be blacklisted from commissioning us again.

  • We are aware that personal problems may occur during your commission. We are very open to discussing it if it could bring difficulties to your order.

  • We do not mind our product being used in a NSFW context between consenting adults; your repair warranty will be voided for hygiene concerns.

  • We do not support acts of zoophilia, homophobia, racism, transphobia, and pedophilia. You will be instantly blacklisted and removed from our groups and social media.

  • You do not have the right to share work-in-progress pictures or videos that will be sent to you.

reference sheet

  • You will need to provide a reference sheet of your character; we will not work with you if you do not have one, nor will we do a quote.

  • Your reference sheet should include at least a front, back, and side view.

  • If you do not have one, you can commission us to make one for you.

  • We ask that your reference sheet has not been pixelized, as it will be hard for us to quote it and work with it. We can refuse to make you a quote because of that issue.

pets

  • We work around pets; please let us know if you have any allergies. We will do our best to disinfect your product before shipping.

repairs and warranty

  • All items have a 90-day free repair warranty. The shipping cost is not included in this.

  • If your fursuit arrives with any damages, we will do repairs on them at no cost; again, you will have to pay for shipping.

  • Keeping your fursuit in a sanitary area will prevent any damage.

  • We’re not responsible if you manhandle the suit and it breaks; it is handmade and seams can pop.
